We do not collect personal information through this marketing Site. The Site has no analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, and no forms that submit data to us. We do not run Google Analytics, Plausible, Mixpanel, or any equivalent tool.

The only places information about you may exist are:

• Hosting provider logs.Our hosting provider (see Sub-Processors below) automatically records standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested URL — for security and operational troubleshooting. These logs are retained per the provider’s default retention. We do not use them for analytics or profiling.
• Email you choose to send us. If you email john@dunhamdigitalgroup.com, we receive your email address, name (if provided), and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

We use the limited information described above to operate and secure the Site and to respond to inquiries you initiate. We do not use Site information to build advertising profiles or to make automated decisions about you.

For this marketing Site, we rely on the following third-party service providers:

• Vercel Inc.— web hosting and content delivery.
• Amazon Web Services, Inc.— underlying infrastructure used by Vercel.

Replies to email you send us are sent from a standard email account. No Protected Health Information is processed on or through this marketing Site.

We do not send marketing SMS to visitors of this Site, and we do not collect telephone numbers through this Site. We do not currently send commercial email to Site visitors. Any commercial email we send in the future will identify Dunham Digital LLC, include a valid postal address, and offer a clear opt-out mechanism, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 7701–7713.

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have inadvertently received such information, we will delete it.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of their personal information. The lawful bases on which we process the limited Site information described above are our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). This Site is a static HTML site. It has no database, no login system, no user accounts, and no stored personal data. There are no credentials or user records on the Site that an attacker could compromise. The hosting provider applies its standard transport-level encryption (HTTPS) and infrastructure protections to all requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Updated” date in the header above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
